Bringing About

Verbs are fascinating. On a resume, action verbs lead a bullet point to describe the tasks you accomplished. In a storybook story, verbs direct the reader as to what is going on and how characters interact with one another. Verbs themselves can also be used as commands, and in this form, it makes a sentence all by itself. Verbs are a key part to the English language's sentence structure. Everything can be cut out except for the verb and the subject and a sentence still exists.

Though I may get giddier than you when talking about verbs and sentence structures (not ashamed), my focus is not an English lesson but rather, giving context for this blog.  To "bring about" is a verb meaning to cause to happen, occur or exist. Its an action that brings one thing and transforms it into another thing. Bringing about describes an action and so, this space is one channel to capture verbs of this life. And that is where the inspiration for this blog came from.

To inspire. To reflect. To experience. To bring about a joy-filled, full life.

Hello friend, my name is Rebecca. Welcome to Bringing About.
